Terms and Conditions

Working draft for test operation. Before paid orders are enabled, the final contracting entity, legal form, service address, prices and separate cancellation instructions and model form must be added and legally reviewed.

1. Provider and scope

These Terms apply to the digital Premium subscription offered by RED – Regenerative Ecosystem Development (company being established), represented by Alexander Maier. The final legal form and service address will be added before launch. Contact: info@red-regeneration.org, telephone +34 603 218 450.

They apply to consumers and businesses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Premium subscription

The subscription includes the digital services described at the time of order, in particular in-depth articles, protected documents and downloads, comments and ratings and, where offered, optional access to a private Telegram group. Scope and technical requirements are shown before ordering.

Academy, in-person, consulting or individual project services are included only if expressly identified as part of the selected offer.

3. Registration and contract formation

A personal account containing complete and accurate information is required. Before a paid order, RED displays the service, term, total price per billing period and payment method. A contract is formed only after the clearly labelled paid-order button is used and RED confirms acceptance.

No real payment is collected and no paid subscription is formed in an environment clearly marked as test operation, unless the order page unmistakably states otherwise.

4. Price and payment

The price displayed immediately before ordering, including applicable taxes, applies. The subscription is billed monthly in advance through a payment method offered at checkout. Stripe processes payments. RED does not store full card, bank or PayPal details.

5. Access and account security

Access is personal and non-transferable. Credentials must be protected and not shared. Suspected misuse or compromise must be reported without delay. Access is activated following email verification and successful payment or a valid test status.

6. Term and cancellation

The subscription runs indefinitely in monthly billing periods. It may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the paid period; access generally continues until then. A legally required online cancellation function will be provided for live consumer contracts. Cancellation can also be submitted through subscription management or to info@red-regeneration.org.

7. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, RED may notify the subscriber and allow payment to be retried. A three-calendar-day grace period applies after the end of the paid period. If payment remains unsuccessful, RED may suspend Premium and related Telegram access. Access may be restored after successful payment.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract; the usual period is 14 days. Before a paid live contract, RED will provide separate withdrawal instructions and a model withdrawal form.

If digital content is to be supplied before that period ends, RED will obtain the declarations required by law. Statutory rights arising from missing or defective information remain unaffected.

9. Changes to digital services

RED may develop content and functions for objective reasons, including security, law, technology, user needs or professional development, without unreasonably changing the contractual balance. Users will be informed in time of more than minor changes. Mandatory remedies, reduction, termination and conformity rights remain unaffected.

10. Comments, ratings and conduct

Users may post only lawful content and must not infringe third-party rights, disclose another person's data or post abusive, discriminatory, misleading or promotional material. Users grant RED the simple, royalty-free licence needed to display, moderate, technically reproduce and back up a contribution for the publication period. RED may block or remove unlawful or non-compliant content after appropriate review.

11. Copyright and permitted use

Articles, documents, graphics and downloads are protected by copyright. The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them for the user's own information and learning. Publication, redistribution, sale, systematic downloading, scraping or use to train third-party systems requires express permission unless permitted by law.

12. Availability and professional limits

RED seeks reliable availability but does not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, security work and failures of networks, hosting, Stripe or Telegram may temporarily restrict access.

Content is for information and education and does not replace site-specific professional review or legal, tax, medical or individual investment advice. Outcomes in living ecosystems depend on location, implementation and external factors; RED does not guarantee yields or regeneration periods.

13. Suspension and termination

RED may temporarily suspend access for a material breach, misuse, a security risk or non-payment under section 7. Where reasonable, the user will be informed and allowed to remedy the issue first. Both parties retain the right to terminate for serious cause.

14. Liability

RED has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory law. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the typical loss foreseeable when the contract was made. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

15. Privacy, governing law and final terms

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protections of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected. The otherwise applicable law and any jurisdiction clause will be completed lawfully after the final contracting entity has been established.

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply and statutory rules replace it. The version supplied when the contract is made applies.
