Knowledge is communicated clearly, practically and responsibly – digitally, in person and directly within the living system.

Education as part of the system

The Academy translates findings from the RED Method and Project: Fertile Earth into transparent learning formats. It does not teach rigid formulas. Participants learn to read sites, test hypotheses and adapt measures to real conditions.

The content grows with the practical work. New findings, limitations and corrections flow back into courses, study materials and digital articles.

The basic idea

Learning where development becomes visible

The Academy is not intended as a detached course portal. Its practical centre is intended to be Project: Fertile Earth : a real place where soil regeneration is applied, observed and documented over many years.

Participants should not merely become familiar with individual techniques, but understand the relationships between soil structure, plants, animals, fungi, microorganisms, water and the mineral foundation. The RED Method provides a transparent framework – not a rigid formula.

The development remains deliberately realistic. It begins with carefully prepared digital content, followed later by a small number of workshops for small groups. More advanced modules and a coherent educational programme will emerge only from practical experience.

From soil as a habitat to independent implementation

The content combines scientific foundations, practical work and the ability to interpret observations carefully.

Soil structure, mineral foundation, organic matter, water, air and the soil food web are considered together.

Plants and soil life

Roots, fungi, bacteria, protozoa, nematodes and larger soil organisms are explained through their interactions.

Reading the site

Climate, terrain, compaction, water pathways, vegetation and land-use history determine which measures are responsible.

Vegetation cycles

Sowing, biomass, root development, soil cover and gradual integration are observed over time.

Observing and measuring

Photographic documentation, field tests, samples and external analyses are distinguished according to the strength of their evidence.

06 · Interpretation

Recognising limitations

Uncertainty, natural variation and alternative explanations are part of an honest technical assessment.

Prioritising steps

Objectives, work capacity, time, budget and risks are arranged in a viable sequence.

08 · Transfer

Acting responsibly and independently

Participants apply the principles to their own land instead of copying a prefabricated mixture.

Viability and access

Education with an honest economic foundation

Course and webinar fees are intended to cover preparation, professional support, digital content, materials and the actual costs of delivery. Accommodation and meals for multi-day formats will be shown transparently.

Participation should not generally depend on a premium subscription. The subscription supports digital long-form content and protected materials; individual courses remain independently bookable educational offerings.

Content, group sizes and dates will grow only as far as technical quality, personal support, safety and site infrastructure can be reliably guaranteed.

Current status

The Academy is being developed. Digital content is already being created through the blog and premium area. There are currently no published course or webinar dates and no bookable training site. The curriculum, initial live formats, group sizes and the later concept for accommodation and meals will be developed step by step from the practical work.
